Leadership

Tim McMahon has over 25 years experience in commercial and investment real estate brokerage, development and asset management. He is the founder and Broker/Owner of Sound Commercial, LLC. In this role, Mr. McMahon is responsible for executing the firm's overall objectives and forging relationships with our valued clients and partners. Prior to forming Sound Commercial, Mr. McMahon spent 20 years in a senior broker advisor role at a privately held commercial real estate firm located in Connecticut. Tim’s clients include individuals, small businesses, corporations, family offices, private equity investors and institutional clients. He is an active market participant in his field of expertise, a dedicated husband and father, and an active member of his community and the numerous philanthropic organizations that he supports.
